Insulin Resistance and Children

Imagine my concern and dismay when I meet children with insulin resistance.

Yes, it happens!

80% of the items there are in a plastic bag, filled with harmful chemicals, oils, and sugar, and marketed to moms and kids as “healthy”.

Don’t you think they deserve better?

We do not have to give those items power to lead us down the sad road of misery, cancer, autoimmune, infertility, and metabolic disease.

As health care provider, and former cardiovascular RN, it’s hard to see children with triglycerides in the 300s or fasting insulin above 60 mg/dL!

That’s insane!
