Online and In Person Coaching

Online or in person coaching is done over four to six 30 minute or one hour sessions. 

We’ll establish goals, focus on renewing the mind, explore your strengths, and strategize realistic solutions for your health concerns. Areas of coaching include but are not limited to the following:
