(I had Ribeye on hand and trimmed the fat)

Baked Sweet Potatoes
Instructions
Bake your potatoes for one hour at 375. ( I do this on my prep day). Sauté your steak to your desired doneness. Set aside to rest, then slice very thin. Prepare your wraps by placing a tablespoon of dressing on the bottom, loading with mixed greens, then your sliced steak and sliced potatoes. Yum!
