Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Combine the flaxseed meal, coconut flour, spices, salt, inulin, and baking powder in a mixing bowl.
Add the nuts, seeds, and cranberries.
In a measuring cup combine the egg, oil, and maple syrup.
Lightly grease an 9x9 inch pan with oil. Add the wet ingredients to the flour mixture and mix well, place in the pan and bake around 20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Cut into squares and enjoy!
