Bake the Spaghetti Squash at 350 for one hour on a baking sheet. Set aside until ready to use. When ready to use, cut down the center and scoop out the seeds. Take a fork and pull the meat of the squash apart. It will look like spaghetti noodles. Set aside.
Meanwhile, in a saucepan, heat ground beef, onions and garlic until meat is done. Add the spices, beans, salsa. and broth. Simmer until thick, about 30 minutes. Serve over squash.
