Minced Garlic

Organic Cauliflower, washed and Chopped

Instructions
Sauté the mushrooms in heated olive oil until tender. Add the onions and garlic and cook until translucent, about a minute or two. Then add the chopped cauliflower and asparagus and cook a couple of minutes until just tender, add spices and top with chopped cashews.
